Mr. Arnaud holds a teaching degree as well as a masters of didactics from the Université of Montréal. His thesis focused on a reflection on the transmission of knowledge within the training program of Quebec schools. With more than 15 years of experience in teaching, in both the private and public sectors, he has managed a diverse range of student groups, from four-your-old kindergarteners to highschoolers. Currently, he works at a private french elementary school in Outremont. His approach is focused on differentiated learning, that is, to adjust how one teaches according to each student’s characteristics. Furthermore, his approach is a playful one and it challenges each student’s reality, which contributes to learning efficiency. Moreover, he advocates for student autonomy in order to build self-esteem and confidence while developing a sense of responsibility. Passionate about his work, he strives for student progress, whether academic or personal.
