Cesar holds an MBA from York University in Toronto and an Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree from the National Engineering University in Lima, Peru. Cesar has been tutoring high-school and cegep-level students in math and science subjects since 2020, both online and in person. For 5 yeas prior to this, he worked as a university professor in Ecuador teaching business administration, computer science, and math and science courses. The bulk of his professional career was as an Information Technology Architect for IBM Canada. Cesar has a passion for teaching, and his specialties include math, science and introductory business and economics, from high-school to first-year cegep level. He believes that if the fundamental math and science concepts are properly explained and related to real life, anyone can learn to love and to master these subjects.
