Gabrielle is a versatile tutor who believes that learning happens best when students are having fun! Her approach to teaching and coaching is interactive, animated and, above all, effective. Gabrielle holds a BA in English Literature from McGill University and a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate. She has been working with children since 2014, fostering and improving their intellectual, developmental, physical, and social skills in various activities and settings. As a tutor in Italy, she taught children (ages 5-15) to speak English through traditional classroom lessons paired with games, stories, songs and theatrical performances. Gabrielle is multilingual; speaking English and French fluently with intermediate abilities in Spanish and Italian. She currently works as an English language, gymnastics and ice skating teacher for both children and adults. Her career aspirations are to become a published Children’s and Young Adult novelist.
