Her approach focuses on understanding the individual learning types of her students and lets their abilities and expressions guide the learning process. She holds an undergraduate degree in English and Classics from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of New Brunswick. She has three years of classroom experience teaching English, Philosophy, Sociology, History, and Creative writing. Meighan has also worked in the Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate programs and is passionate about assisting students in university and career planning and prep. Before becoming an educator, she taught yoga for seven years.
