Reina is in her final year of McGill, after which she will graduate with a Bachelor’s of Education TESL Elementary & Secondary program, which will complement her existing certificate for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).  Reina has consistently been a high performer and has been honored as a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society at McGill, for top academic standing, as well as with the Douglas Howes award for outstanding contribution to the quality of student life at Marianopolis college.  She aspires to be a teacher and has had much relevant experience to put her on the path to success as she pursues this goal. Through 3 stages at various schools in the Montreal area, she has demonstrated her abilities to lead a classroom, develop lessons and effectively cooperate with co-teachers, parents and partners in the community to pursue the educational objectives of the school, in the best interest of her students. She has also had both local and international experience in tutoring 1:1 or small groups of students in English language skills such as listening, speaking and writing as well as grammar structure and function.  Reina has a true love for languages, is perfectly bilingual in English and French and has a good command of both Spanish and Italian.
