Sydney is currently a McGill student in the process of completing her degree in Psychology with a minor in Education and Behavioural Science. Sydney has experience in teaching fitness classes and working with intellectually and physically disabled adults and youth. In addition, Sydney has 3 years of coaching experience in aquatic activities such as swimteam, aquafitness and swimming lessons and has been been a competitive swimmer for 5 years+. Sydney’s style of teaching is one that is supportive, encouraging, passionate and creative. She uses many different techniques to keep her students engaged all while having fun!
