Victoria is a second-year student at McGill University studying Kindergarten/Elementary Education. Victoria is passionate about working with children and helping them succeed. She is hardworking, efficient, organized and has excellent communication skills, which allow her to give constructive feedback that nurtures a student’s confidence while building a secure toolbox. Victoria tailors her sessions to her student’s individual needs and interests while making the entire process more inclusive to develop their autonomy and keep them engaged. She creates personal connections with her students in a judgment-free zone and creates a fun, engaging learning environment.
