Francis is currently in his third year at the John Molson School of Business, pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. Throughout his education—beginning at Externat Mont-Jésus-Marie and later at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf—Francis has consistently demonstrated diligence and a strong work ethic. Fully bilingual, he grew up speaking both English and French at home, and has been encouraged from a young age to master the finer points of both languages, including grammar, spelling, and vocabulary. This makes him especially well-suited to support elementary-aged students in both French and English curriculum areas. Francis’ academic strengths were recognized at Concordia University, where he was selected to serve as a tutor for Calculus 1. This role speaks to both his mathematical proficiency and his ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively. Outside the classroom, Francis has a genuine passion for working with children. His experience as both a swim and ski instructor has helped him develop patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills. He values building trust and mutual respect with his students, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where kids feel confident to ask questions and stay engaged. As he continues to grow personally and professionally, Francis is committed to making a positive impact on the people around him both in and out of the classroom.
