In supporting students from Pre-K to University for a decade, we have been exposed to many different learning profiles and needs, many of which are not properly served by a traditional school offering. We have built an alternative custom approach to earning your Elementary and Secondary School Diploma, in partnership with Canada’s leading online schools. High quality education, without compromise!

A custom solution for each family and ongoing personalized support through academic coaches, certified teachers and experienced tutors, to ensure every student succeeds on their learning and development path. Start when you are ready, work at your own pace, and finish your course or grade work within a 12 month time frame. Enrollment and registration is on a rolling basis.

From start to finish, we take a holistic, high-touch approach to designing custom educational solutions that fit your unique needs.
01. Discovery
In-depth discussions with our in-house educational consultants, to understand each family’s needs, circumstances and educational goals.
02. Design
Conceptualizing a solution that goes beyond just academics, to include skill-development, extra-curriculars, post-secondary education planning and mental & physical well-being.
03. Registration
We register the student on the accredited online learning platform and provide guidance to parents and students on course selection and schedule optimization. Students can begin a single course or a specific grade from 1 through 12 at any time of the year.
04. Team Building
We bring together a dedicated team, which includes an Academic Coach who works with the student daily to keep them on-track and accountable, and personalized academic tutoring with certified teachers, where required.
05. Progress & Success
The accredited online platform provides diverse assessment and evaluation tools, which are graded with teacher comments and certificates of completion. Monarque communicates progress through regular reports and family check-ins to ensure goals are being met and to make adjustments as needed.
06. The Outcome
Students become the architects of their own learning. With fewer hours spent in ‘school’ and more focused, personalized instruction, they can learn in ways that play to their strengths, interests, and unique style. Complementary services are offered that help to build a clear path for the future, including personal branding & future roadmapping, as well as admissions support for post-secondary studies and pursuits.
