Holder of a Master’s degree in Education from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education obtained in Brazil, Marli has over 30 years of experience in the field of teaching. Throughout her career, she has deepened her knowledge in psychopedagogy, special education, early childhood education, as well as in information and communication technologies (ICT), which allows her to offer rich, varied, and tailored pedagogical support to meet students’ needs. A passionate teacher, Marli has always been committed to helping students in difficulty. She now wishes to focus on individualized tutoring in order to support each student with a human, motivating, and respectful approach that adapts to their pace. She designs personalized, playful interventions that are strength-based, with the goal of fostering confidence, autonomy, and success. Recognized for her kindness, rigor, and ability to build lasting relationships of trust, Marli values small daily victories and promotes a positive pedagogy centered on the student’s real needs. She believes that every student can make progress when they feel understood and supported.
